Shipping policy

Processing time. Every candle is hand-poured in small batches. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days.

Shipping times (United States). 3-5 business days after processing, via USPS or UPS. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

We do our best to meet these estimates, but delivery times depend on the carrier once the package is scanned in. If your order seems delayed or lost, email us at bhagu@sweetucandles.com and we'll make it right.

Customs and import taxes. For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
